No,everything is free here. Use RCUnlocker (its free) on the 16MB bios and try it,it should be unlocked then if it only has an admin pass.

Because your file is bigger than it should be hence the error. Extra 300h at the end musт be trimmed (Block(h): 1000000-10002FF)
Here is your ready to be programmed back to the chip file:

That usually happens when an OTP chip is selected instead of the normal one.

thx, i reading the chip 16 Mb with laptool beeprog+ then i save it, i drag it to RCUnlocker but give this error *wrong chip try reading and unlocking 16 mb chip*
