    MacBook A1278 820-3115-b I7 CPU

    Hi . I need bios dump for macbook A1278 cpu I7 board 820-3115-b.

    My Macbook has green led, than orange led.

    It power one but no chime and no beep if I remove RAM.

    Fan is spinning.

    I attached my bios dump

      I tried the bios, but it didn't get a positive result. PPVCORE_S0_CPU 1,1V only spi mlb_clk starts at 3,56 V but peak peak value is 2,56V. All resistors have correct values. PM_SLP_S4_L measured with DSO always 3,3V
