I can enter in bios, but everything is locked. User password is not registered, supervisor password is registerd.

What I need to do?

I cant open menu for serial number and challenge code.

Re Z30-c the Challenge code needs to e decrypt. it is the same as the older way which is 5 characters over 5 sets, it just needs to be decrypted & finding the correct decryption.

in my case it was (see below) but laptop is off now so need to post a new one, but first finding decryption correct method. Anyone has an idea?

Hello again,

So below you will find a link that actually runs down a Toshiba hack. If you pay attention you will find the researches actually found that the admin bios password is stored in the eeprom bios. If the location is known theoretically it is possible to fish out the bios password and use it to access the bios....that is if I understood this correctly.
