I've been trying to reset my Bios password, but even using the hints above of exterrnal keyboard and double enter, nothing works.

The code is B2B1NQ2-E7A8, dell latitude 7290

The passwords that i'm trying to use are the following 2:
RMkk9IcQ99q[6rIF
29zrsRJQns2B9zqZ
can anyone help me, please?

For uppercase : Use Capslock key not use Shift key

Thank you hoaca388, but any of the codes had work using the US layout and uppercases with Capslock (intead of Shift key).
Had try double enter, enter, and shift enter, but nothing works to unlock... :-(
Are the codes correct? RMkk9IcQ99q[6rIF and/or 29zrsRJQns2B9zqZ

First Password: RMkk9IcQ99q[6rIF
Second Password: 29zrsRJQns2B9zqZ

You will need to use an external US Keyboard (QWERTY), use shift for Upper Case litters. after put the password hold the left CTRL Key then Hit ENTER Key twice.

Follow the steps and try again.
