Need usb flash bios file for acer swift 3 sf 314-55g

Laptop : acer swift 3 sf 314-55g
My problem:my current bios is corrupted , i didn't do any bios update and I don't know why it got corrupted , now I want to flash bios again.
I want to flash from usb because my laptop cannot run or install os.
What I tried:
I downloaded the latest bios file from acer website but it is .exe file which I don't think is bootable.
Help Needed:
Someone please share a usb bootable bios flash file for this or any other bios version which will work for my laptop.

Buy a SPI bios programmer and backup your bios,then post your backup here for fixing.
