Dell Inspiron 17 5765 Password

Hello, I have a Dell Inspiron 17 5765 with a power on password. I have tried the online password removal generator but no luck, it seems to only read first eight digits of passwords generated. Service code is JPF1K22 and express code is 42895785674. The challenge code after 3 times wrong password is 701B5F9ED3FCCD9C. I have made backup of old Bios too. I think the way to fix it is to modify EC but I don't know how to extract it from the official dell web update. Any help is appreciated or point to a guide.

Thank you peste, unfortunately no video, fan works, white charging light blinks twice followed by three amber flashes, repeats cycle. I think I need the EC file on this one.
