Hello, I have been trying to unlock the Thinkpad x260 (supervisorpass) for some time now, I used Lennovo BIOS autopatcher and the laptop does not boot, I have tried a few other methods, unfortunately to no avail, svod4 also did not work (you may need to close the power lines with resistors), unfortunately I did not find a diagram for this, utb also failed. If someone would be so kind as to help me with this, I would be very grateful. Regards

thank you once again, I did as in the manual, of course everything went well, thank you for the quick and specific help, if I can help with anything I will definitely do it, I compared two bios, I think that next time I will be able to handle this model without any problems. Best regards and thank you again.

I have been trying to do this today and have gotten stuck. I have tried the python autopatcher but I get the following error

12.3 KB archive is definitely not a good dump, and the bios itself is not 1MB - you probably choose the wrong chip.

Hi, me again, I figured out the first issue which was I was reading off the wrong chip. Have read from the right one now. Taken a back up and patched it but it won't boot. I don't know how to comment on the previous post I made but here are the patched and non patched versions.

When booting the patched version I get a pieazo speaker tune and then no more boot happens. I have now flashed the backup back and got it working but supervisor password is back

                            thanks Vesko356

Is there a way to retrieve the bios password from the chip? I haveover 30 machines with the same bios password and it would be too much time to do the patch on all 30. Otherwise these lenovos need to be scrapped and that would be a big shame!

                                Heyaaa,

Hope someone can help me, I tried to use the Auto patcher, and installed a Patched BIOS,

However, my P52s is not giving me any sign of life anymore, the powerbutton does nothing,

                                Did i brick it permanently?
