mobo code is :LMQ-1 MB12298-2 48 4LY26.021 with ori file notebook doesnot give display any body can help....i tried some files from internet but failed

Hi,
I need your help for my X1 Carbon 3rd model 20BT that I bought whitout any password : the keyboard isn't recognized in bios (even after loading "Setup Defaults") and I must use an external one to enter it (for information, the keyboard works on Windows).
I've tried to rollback the bios but it's always the same
Do you have any idea to fix it ?
