Good morning, I have a problem with the Lenovo S145-14API with the AMD 3020e CPU.
Serial number PF38R8Q6.
Bios Winbond 25Q64FWSIQ.
It happened that the automatic update appeared, when giving it update, it completed the installation correctly (it appeared on the screen), it restarted and it never gave an image again.
It turns on the pc, but it doesn't do anything. I checked the components but nothing more.

This is the copy I made, I don't know if it's correct.

Edit: It is the correct copy after the failed bios update.

Your file should be 8MB not 16MB, because your chip is (Winbond W25Q64).
as SMDflea said before, write your device model and serial number.

Many thanks that you had the bios file for my Lenovo S145-14IWL-Type 81MU...(S145-14IWL-Type 81MU.rar)

My laptop is working perfect and flashed with the TL866II plus and my flash chip was the MX25L12873F....

Laptop was only powering on and no picture and constantly powering on/off...

Thank you for the quick reply, sadly I am still getting blinking led and no display. I have flashed it with Neoprogrammer, Asprogrammer and verified it twice but to no avail.

Update: Had to voltmod the CH341a, it turns on with display but powerled is constantly blinking. Any way to turn that one off?
Also, Product Name, MTM and Serial show up as invalid in the bios screen. Can I get a clean bios with those values put it?

Update: I put https://github.com/ASparkOfFire/lenovo-u1-tool on a USB and booted from there (had to disable secure boot and put it in the USB 2.0 slot, USB 3.0 did not show the UEFI USB option). Then manually entered the SN/ PN and MTM. Now the blinking is gone with a good bios.
