Acer Spin 3 Bios Unlock Issue

I get a code from this site:
https://github.com/bacher09/pwgen-for-bios/issues/95.
The code was : af37ef70753648a1
But when I type it in, the input box only seems to accept 10 characters.
(after 10 asterisks no more can be inputted).
Any ideas?
