Microsoft surface pro 4 i5 128gb bios dump!!!!!

i have surface pro 4 with dead condition so i search for bios dump and find from some sites and flash it so the display is on but show only surface logo only and restart. i cannot boot from USB or enter to UEFI setting .... is anybody face this issue .. pls help to solve this .. i attach my old dump...

i already tried clean me but device is not working...

@peste I TRIED THE DUMP YOU SEND BUT NO DISPLAY BUT I EXTRACT ME FROM IT AND USE WITH MY WORKING DUMP AND NOW DISPLAY IS ON AND SURFACE LOGO IS SHOWING WITH A YELLOW BAND ON TOP OF DISPLAY
NOT BOOTING AND NOT GOING UEFI SETTINGS

Hello, I have a Surface Pro 4 1724 Core i5 8Gb, 256Gb, SNID: 048876262353.

It turns on but remains on a black screen, with the logo and a red stripe with a padlock at the top.

It doesn't get past this screen and I can't enter UEFI either.

I have tried several "bin" files from the forum and they work, the OS loads but the touch does not work.

Here is my original dump file.
