I WILL TRY TO MAKE IT EASY ALL STEPS AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE FOR YOU JUST TRY TO FOLLOW THE STEPS GIVEN BELOW

Remove your ''BATTERY'', ''HDD'' and ''CMOS CELL'' use only ''ADAPETR'' {Dont Use Any Other Power Source Accept Adapter}

STEP 1: Flash Given PATCHED Bios (lenovo_U.L.rar)
STEP 2: Boot the machine
STEP 3: Press F1/Esc to enter BIOS settings
STEP 4: Enter 1234 when asked for Supervisor Password
STEP 5: Press enter when it shows Hardware ID
STEP 6: Press space bar 2x when asked 1 BY 1
STEP 7: Turn off machine

{Now The 1st part is complete }

STEP 8: now You Have To Rep-program AGAIN bios chip with your old original backup bios (lenovo.ZIP)

STEP 9:Start Laptop Go to bios setting by pressing F1 & Reset BIOS settings to factory default save and exit

AND YOU HAVE DONE

i followed your instructions but still the same.
How do i know if i am entering setup mode?
I always just have the padlock

At step 3 - i dont know if setup mode - i only have the padlock

than continue from step 5

yes i do continue and it says tpm reset and shutdown
Then i load my original bios file and get the picture above when i press f1

Remove your hdd and try to enter into bios

looks like i have a password lock on the hdd
it is ok when i remove the hdd - i can go to setup
but when hdd is in i cant

its very common for user they have lock in bios and hdd too
so your bios is successfully unlocked but hdd still locked
after all steps successful done and you still have lock thats why i have asked you to remove hdd
replace hdd and you are good to go
stil i dont have any solution for unlocking hdd
