    Any other solutions?

    Again, many thanks!

I installed the original BIOS, and the current values remain the same. There is no liquid contact or impact on the motherboard. I applied light heat to the external GPU chip, but the results remained the same. Can you help me find any problems I could address with this motherboard?

Nothing changed, probably the problem is in hardware logics. PC have reaction to PWRBTN, but display is dark. With left USB-HDMI board (LS-C558P) connected to mother no reaction at all. Thanks for help.
