The NPCE795LA0DX isn`t programmable,the EC is inside the bios. Your bios is 4MB ,some boards have a dual bios for win 8 .
Try the 4MB bios F680,your DMI included.Extracted from tosh bios update.

post moved...next time look for a thread with the name and model, motherboard model of the laptop, and post there, if you can't find it, then make a new thread.....
