HP Elite X2 1012 G2 Bios Required

A friend of mine gave me an HP Elite X2 1012 G2 with locked bios to install operating system, which he bought from an auction.
Now i have tried many things which includes removing NVME SSD and trying to install windows 10 from another HP Laptop but it failed for no apparent reason,

Now i have disassembled the tablet and by using CH341A programmer and soldering wires to spi chip, i have extracted bios dump.

Can any one help me unlock this tablet.
I have uploaded Bios Dump aswell as Serial No & UUID.
