Hi there, i request for Dell Latitude 5590 (P60F002)
Motherboard; DDM80 LA-F411P REV 1.0 (A00)
i tried bios from here but its other version
Before = no screen and fan spinning only when press off
with bios from here i get blinking code after 20 sec. 3 times white and 1 orange led
I also replaced pu610 driver ic becuse it was burned, cpu vcore is back
Its a i7 cpu and no grahics chip

Here is the old dump;
Find attached two files to test, first one is your edited dump with cleaned ME firmware (same version as in your dump), the second is entirely rebuild one with stock bios version 1.1.9 (again same version as in your factory dump). If everything is ok with the hardware, machine should boot, if not your problem is not bios related.

Hi Vesko356, thanks for that, i tried both files
the blinking led disappeared, but still no screen
it draws 23 watts on my watt meter, and after 5 seconds it just drops to 15 watts,
vcore goes from 0.88volt to zero. It looks like it goes to standby or something
i tried heating up the cpu and replaced the other vcore ic. but still nothing
didn`t foubd a schematic so it think the laptop is garbage now

Yep, most likely it's a hardware fault.
