This file etract from *.exe file downloaded Toshiba. Maybe you have hardware issue.

There is no hardware problem, the wrong bios is written, the power button is pressed, but it does not work.

motherboard model pt10f UMA REv. 2.1, 69N0CKM19B03 i tried different bios but no display or not working.
Attached my non-working bios.
