thanks i already tried but still no luck maybe the chip is damage.but some of lcd already programmed i put only at2402 and some of them done programmed but others are error. is it possible to replace 2402 chip from other lcd

Yes if its not OTP .

The lcd iS CHI MEI n156bge-l21 rev c1 and the chip with 8pin on the lcd board has only written 4327 6249

The marking code could be a ST Micro M24C08 ,M24C32

Ok, so i got a screen and programmed it with my old TL866 by jumping 2 test pads together with tweezers. The screen is a AO N156BGE-L11 .I jumped EE_GND and EE_WE (from pin 7 write enable/write protect) and it worked without having to desolder or solder wires from pi4 to 7.Check if your pcb has a similar silkscreen .

Solder a wire from pin 7 (WP) to pin 4 (GND) on the 24C02 and try it again.If that doesn`t work desolder it, try again,if that doesn`t work get another 24c02 .

The chip may not be a AT24C02, what are the chip markings .If it is a 24C02 desolder it and try it in an adapter, if it still doesn`t write the chip will be faulty or OTP one time programmable. If its OTP you have to replace with a spare AT24C02 or other .

Select it manually, not autodetect. If you still can`t read it it will be because of pin 7 ,WP,its a write protect pin .Desolder it, it will read ok in an adapter.Put something under the PCB to keep heat away from the screen and put kapton tpae/foil around the chip.
