Please help me. My board has an error. The board operates at 0.45A and shuts down shortly after.
I have tried the bios files but to no avail.

Intel i5 8th gen.
1a- I need to turn off in the BIOS the TPM not available in this version (there is not even the function in the BIOS to change it to Off). Every startup reports that: Alert! TPM not found).
2a- Slow startup (Dell logo appears late).

Hello Hardware1!
I installed the new BIOS and I could see that the PTT is now active in the security tab, so it seems to me that the TPM Alert on startup has been resolved. The slowness has also been resolved.
I'm running tests and will get back to you. I greatly appreciate your help.
