i think you can use the file "W2XCZ.4M" on a 32MBit chip like W25Q32FV. V = 3,3V
I didn´t try. Save the old bios and report the result.

The EC rom file works with a Winbond W25Q64FV (3,3V) programmed with SOFI SP8
