Hi i ineed help please check my old bios my laptop is when i turn on after ako few second its turning off while led lights turn on

J’ai récupéré un latitude e6540 avec le LA-9413P Rev 1.0 A00. Dont l’écran reste noir.
Si je branche un moniteur sur la sortie HMDI ou sur la sortie VGA, celui-ci n’affiche rien non plus.
Lorsque je mets un cd Windows j’entends bien le pc qui lit le cd, je pense donc à un problème de bios.
La carte mère possède un QH64-104HIP pour U52 et QH32-104HIP pour U53.
Je viens de commander un programmateur EZP2023 afin de réinjecter le bios.
Auriez-vous les fichiers qui vont bien ma machine ?

I got a Latitude e6540 with the LA-9413P Rev 1.0 A00. The screen remains black.
If I connect a monitor to the HDMI or VGA output, it doesn't display anything either.
When I insert a Windows CD, I can clearly hear the PC reading the CD, so I think it might be a BIOS problem.
The motherboard has a QH64-104HIP for U52 and a QH32-104HIP for U53.
I just ordered an EZP2023 programmer to reinject the BIOS.
Do you have the correct files for my machine?

My pc reboots, but when Windows updates the video driver it crashes.
I think the bios I put is too old A09 while we are at A27.
Here are the old "W25QH32_2025-08-09.BIN" and "W25QH64_2025-08-09.BIN" files.
I spent the afternoon trying to update the bios via the executable on Windows 10 and via a USB key and the update menu of the current bios but in vain.
The update doesn't work and I don't know why.
So I'm still looking for the A27 bios bin files.

After several hours of searching, I finally found the bios (A26 version) that corresponded to my machine.
The ATI4600 video card driver no longer crashes Windows and updates are done without any problem.
I also managed to upgrade the bios to A27 version in two clicks without difficulty.
Thank you for allowing me to ask you, it gave me strength to solve my problem knowing that you were by my side in case I was in a dead end.
