acer aspire v5-431p cannot enter in bios setup

hi everyone i need help on acer aspire v5-431p operating system not found and cannot enter to bios i press all f2,f8,f12,del,esc but cannot enter setup i also removed cmos battery and short g201 still the same issue. any advise please and help

How did you update bios? I have same issue. Downloaded file.

formatted two usb drives. 1 NTFS 1 FAT32

copied BIN file to USB

Boot up laptop, "operating system not found" how do I flash BIOS from here?
