We really need your complete BIOS bin. You need a programmer, CH341a is the cheapest. If possible, try not to use the clip, although if you get three or more constant readings, starting from scratch, you are good then.

i have runing windows 7 from live usb (boot with f9 is the only thing it work) is there some program for get the Bios bin from there or a programmer is the only choise?

Look for "Universal BIOS Backup ToolKit 2.0", it might work. But this will only read your bios bin, it will not reprogram.

This is the Samsung executable SMDFlea mentioned before, try it. First make backup of your bin if possible.

i installed that with "WinFlash.exe /sv /svs /sd P07AA.rom" from live win 7 (to force to override same version), the flash it's was fine, but boot loop continues.

if i buy a bios programmer could i fix my laptop?
