laptop with no power while plugin no led light on dc jack but when power button pressed dc jack led blinks 3 times.i need bios file for this motherboard.orignal file is attached motherboard code is DAY11AMB6E0 REV:E .....model:Y11A...its a 8mb file

Three blinks means that the charger isn't communicating with the laptop. The HP charger has three pins - two supply the 19.5v to charge the laptop (the outer metal contact and the inner coaxial one just inside the plug) whilst the third centre pin determines the frequency and rate of charging - it's a charge sensor circuit..
I know this because I hacked the plug off the charger of my wife's Pavilion 6G laptop and soldered it onto an older HP charger as a temporary measure, just so I could prove that the laptop wasn't FUBAR'd. It charged, albeit slowly when compared to the original charger, but it lasted until the new one arrived and is now an emergency spare.
If the laptop won't boot, remove the battery then hold down the power button to completely drain the machine. Replace the battery and if there's any life left in the battery it should boot.
These new HP chargers aren't as robust as the older ones. I recommend that you get a 90 Watt one to replace the original 65 Watt one and it should last a lot longer and be more resistant to failure. They get HOT and I reckon that's why they fail sooner, so one with more available power shouldn't get as hot.Comment
