I had experienced the same problem with acer aspire series , you can try this switch the power ON, only using cmos battery for 6 seconds...good luck

If you havent been able to get the problem fixed try removing the Battery and hard drive. somewhere near the gpu you will find g2201 <> and two small pins to the right of them. short the two for a few seconds. then start your computer. go to bios and if the password is not gone repeat the process.

I'm not sure if this will work for you but some laptops you can short the bios battery,With a pair of tweezers, like on the acer 5720 that will clear the eeprom chip then you go into recovery mode and upload the new bios ..

Or desolder the chip reflash it.

Do you got SYSTEM DISABLE code number after 3 time false try...? Let me know that number...
