well usually they are some problem with the transcoder for the image , and IC near the LVDS , chek if you got the correct signal coming from it , it no signal from it , replace it

well if you dont have on internal pratically sure you wont have on external , since this transcodes also connect VGA

but does IC work as blocks , electronics somethimes are something incredible and somethimes something horrorific !
