Toshiba satellite L300-11i

Hi guys, i need bios bin file for this model, please share if you have.

Mobo Code: 6050A2170201-MB-A03

I have 1.5v on pin 1 of bios ic and 3.3v on pin, 3, 7 and 8.

On pin 1 there is resistor connected to it, and it has 1.5v and on the other side it has 3.3v.

I like to flash first, see if the voltage would change, if not, i will change the ic.

I already flashed it but still the same problem.

There is no hdd activity, when i checked the pins, there is no 5v, the same on the usb port.

I checked winbond i/o chip and tsp51125 both of them no 5v, what seems to be the problem?

Thanks! I'll prove it. Does anyone know why this computer when it enters to Windows, reboots? Well I leave it on in the setup for a long time and nothing happens, however when I enter any OS restart. Sorry my bad english

This is nec capacitor problem. You need to remove it and replace it with normal capacitors.
