Surface Laptop 4 1979 DFCI Locked.

Hi, this is my first time posting here, forgive me if I make a mistake.

I have a Surface Laptop 4 1979, I7 1185G7, which has a DFCI enrollemnt in BIOS. The "On Behalf Of" and "Managed By" values are blank in BIOS. I've used a programmer to grab a BIOS dump which I've attached below. Is it possible to remove such lock?

Model : Surface Laptop 4 1979
Motherboard : WAYLAND MB rev 3.0( I could not find anything like a serial number on it..)
SPI Chip : WINBOND W25Q256FW
S/N : 019265513457

Hi thanks a lot for the reply, this worked but now it does not charge from the magnetic charger, it charges fine from TypeC. I tested the port and the charger and both worked, I did a visual inspection of the board and everything looks good. Is there a chance the BIOS could've messed that up? It doesn't charge when the laptop is off either.

I did a bit more poking around, when you plug in the laptop when it's off the charges sometimes flashes white, irregularly. When I turn on the laptop the light goes solid white but it still does not take any charge. Any ideas? Thanks

No idea, sorry, i don`t think it has anything to do with the bios i posted.
