Dell Latitude 5520 - Computrace/Absolute locked

Hello everyone!

I have a DELL Latitude 5520 that is locked when i go into Windows. It says device freeze, I can still use it under Linux without any issue.
I have access to the BIOS but the 'disable Absolute" is greyed out ant i cant do nothing

The serial number is 6JDR2B3.

Any help would be gladly appreciated!

i am sorry it's the first time i am working on the bios, i have read the guide and all but i can't seem to understand how to do that :/

i can get the main Bios drom the dell page, but i cant find anyway to back up the one that i have or i dont know where it's stored
