post S/N, post the original contents of the bios chip.. motherboard model,,etc.

Problem No Power
3V LDO was missing so we replace IC and then start 3V LDO
but still no power because 2nd enable for 3V ic not send by ITE IO so i suspect reprogram IO
S/N not available sir

i tried to read IO chip but showing chip busy message
also found 5V ic damage but no replacement ic available so order and wait for it
