Sorry, the device has another problem of not being able to turn on the power,, when it was turned on, there was full power but no image,, now it is not able to turn on,, this is a new device with a 1.8v bios. Still struggling with it, if there are any changes I will give more feedback, thank youComment

No light on the DC-in jack when AC Charger plugged in. I´ll be very grateful if someone has the schematic, which is in what i'm interested. Thanks!

Hello guys ok got a newer hp envy x360 15 -ey0013dx laptop ryzen 5 Amd video.. but will not boot into any windows usb installer, tried diff known good m2 ssd from another hp amd device.. tried taking its ssd and putting it into another hp laptop and installed windows fine ( didn't let it reboot the first time so I can use it ) that didn't work.. flashed latest bios through usb.. first it said flashing boot block that completed..then recovering bios , then flashing bios and TPM.. is that normal bios procedure ? but anyhow even after that still same issue.. stuck on hp logo ...then would either... -
I've been troubleshooting a failed laptop for a few months now. It's a personal project and I thought it would be easy. Not so much I'm figuring out. The motherboard is a DAYODPMBAFO, I found a schematic for QUANTA Y0DP REV 1A DAY0DPMBAF0 (HP ENVY X360 13-Y023CL), although my board is Rev F.
Symtoms:
Neither A/C power or battery charge light turn on when plugged in. Laptop does boot into windows with battery power, however the battery icon shows no charging or presence of the ac adapter.
Both input mosfets appear good. I can measure the 19V past both mosfets.... -
HP Envy X360 15-EW IPA52 LA-M021P, this laptop was working fine but went off suddenly, on checking I found 5v usb SOT shorted to ground on removing it, the laptop started charging and coming on but has 5 blinks on keyboard no display, the processor is dead cold, processor coils have 10ohms meaning not shorted. Further interrogation I realized Realtek ALC3315 chip is overheating, can't find replacement for the chip at the moment(or the datasheet for it).
Can the chip cause the issue of display?
No schematics for this board is available, it is a 12th gen... -
