Use BCU under cmd as Admin to read bios settings and there is a setting "Permanently disable Absolute Persistance-set once" - move * from Enable to Disable and write back bios settings.
Use cmd lines: "biosconfigutility /get:1.txt" and after making modification "biosconfigutility /set:1.txt"
of course, reinstall win and don't connect to internet before doing that.

Oh, this error can be fixed using the BCU tool? Thanks, I'll try it next time. I've flashed the LBTT1121 file and it's working fine. Thanks for your help!
