Inspiron 14 7435 2-in-1 bios file needed

Yes I tried that, but when I flashed the BIOS and started the PC now it gives me another error in which the RAM is not recognized. 2 ambar lights and 5 white lights. And when I reinstalled the corrupted original BIOS, it stopped telling me the RAM error and showed me the BIOS error, 3 amber lights and 3 white lights.

There's some information on the internet that mentions reballing the memory. Would it be worth a try? or is this definitely a bios problem?
