Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Yoga Gen 5

Hello i have here X1 Yoga Gen 5, sometimes laptop turns on but but it usually won't.
When laptop won't turn on, the fan starts and the power light comes on,and stays.
I will attach the bios file, could it be problem in the BIOS?

Please help. I'm looking for a reliable BIOS update, and if available, also for the EC.
The laptop turns on but displays no image. When I update the BIOS using files available online, the laptop stops turning on and the power button flashes three times.

                                  Hello,

I have a Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Yoga gen5 with 2100: Detection Error on Storage Device.
                                  SN : PF-2FDCZE
                                  Type Number : 20UB-003XGE
                                  Board: GX4A0/GYG50
                                  NM-C881 Rev : 1.0

What I’ve done so far: RTC/CMOS battery replaced, original SSD works fine externally, second SSD is also not detected, cleaned the contacts of SSSD and M2 slot.
I did bios update to version 1.40 and after it finished, windows booted straight away. After another reboot I got again error 2100.

Supervisior Password is set, so I can not set the settings to default.
I read out the 25Q256JVEIQ flash. Could someone please check if the BIOS is OK?

                                  Thanks for any insights.
