    Dell Latitude 5480

    Please Bear with me at 72 I'm still learning and hope someone can help.
    Dell Latitude 5480
    Service Tag D2N2BH2
    CDM70 LA-E081P Rev 2.0(A01)
    ME Firmware Update Failed
    Then on reboot
    (A7) ME FW Downgrade - Request MeSpilock Failed
    Error sending End of Post message to ME:HECI disabled, Proceeding with boot!

    then loads Win 11 and seems to run normally?

    Following the Badcaps Me clean guide using:-
    ME_Analyser_v1.148.4_r209
    Intel (R) Flash Image Tool. Version: 11.8.50.3460
    CH341A_Programmer (Software-Shichang Zhuo)

    Removed bios chip wiped and reprogrammed replacing Me Region. No Change. Tried several Binary files to confirm method but the one that did work gave same error.

    Attached Original Binary
    Laptop is used on workbench #(camera programming etc) so not a great issue but I'm on learning curve.
