hello guys, I need help.
I have a acer SF314-43-R2GK
GH4UZ_LA-L141P where the pc turns on but it continuously gives a black screen, the fan spins and the keyboard lights up.. I tried to rewrite the bios but nothing..
can someone help me?

I've got an Acer Swift 3 N20C12 SF314-43-R4DM that had burned ENE KB9022Q. replaced it and check if there's something that shorted. I would like to request for the EC firmware if anyone have it.

GH4UZ_LA-L141P Rev:1B 2021-01-07 is the board number.

Thread merged. Type the laptop serial number ,and post your bios backup. The EC firmware can often be extracted from the bios.
