Lenovo x1 carbon gen 9 Me sku corrupt

right on this one i have a mismatch
it should have an sku corp for me but its been mismatched to cons
and now I have an issue it can't update..
I have attached the bios file its corrupt I can't seem to find the right 'fit tool' for it



can someone have a look at it pls
