It`s a bios, not a boardview

any friend can help for bios main spi chip is damage from another technician but ec bios is secure and ec have t70 version i try to make new file with t70 from hp site but no luck white light sustain and spi chip pin 8 no present 3.3v when remove chip volts are present
serial number is : 5CD125VQQJ
