    Hello,

a customer came with an Acer Chromebook C733U-C2XV he bought it from a third party, but it's forced enterprise enrollment, I tried to remove it with ( sh1mmer, USB recovery, factory reset, and powerwash) but no good.

      Hello,

Sorry for the late reply, I was waiting for the tools I ordered online to arrive.

auto-detection didn't work so I had to search the IC model manually, and I didn't find my exact model which is ( GD25LQ128DWIG), so I chose ( GD25LQ128C_1.8v) and backup the bios file.

      model number: C733U-C2XV

      S/N: NXH94EK001052104497611.

      Thank you.

          Thank you for your response

I tried many times to desolder and resolder the chip on the programmer, but the only message I see is ( GD25LQ128C [1.8V] IC not responding / Disconnected), and when I press the chip with my finger I get the reading I attach above.

the programmer I'm using( black is old but woking fine, and green is new),

The top adapter is meant for SOP8 and SOP16 chips, not WSON. The large ground pad under the WSON chip will be in contact with the adapter pins. Put a small piece of tape across the chip ground pad or across the adapter pins so that it doesn`t touch.

I isolated the chip with a piece of paper and tried to read it multiple times, but it didn't work. Then I used the clip and soldered the chip to the copper hooks, and I got three different readings.
so I placed the chip back on the laptop. while reading I found something called ( "Pencil" Bypass) that could help remove the force enterprise enrollment. can I try it? and the laptop has a TPM chip will that affect the pencil bypass?

              Thank you.

Finally, I was able to extract the bios file.
