it has 2 eeproms dont know which one is bad, laptop act like power button pressed with no sign of life just power led is on, can not be switched off

just flash this one only.......... the one you give that 1mb is likely not a spi chip, DMI+WIN added inside and CLean me region

Hi, I need to clean ME Region to transfer this dump to other mainboard (due to replace dead MB in my laptop - I bought used MB with BIOS password, and need to transfer BIOS from old mother board to new used one)

if they are the same board model , just get the bios chip from the dead board and then put it to the new board

The dump is working, but:

1) No license key detected during Windows Installation (but activated ok, after install by digital license)
2) Long boot time - dell logo will appear after around 35 secs from switch power on.

Your problem is that you don't have the service tag number, but the bios file can be solved.
