remove the bios chip from the board before writing or reading... here's a video.. what you posted is 1MB, the bios must have 16MB..

The posted bios is corrupt, I told you to remove the chip from the board or stick wires between the chip and the programmer ..otherwise you will have errors..the DMI information is missing from your bios..and many other errors..try again...
Bios extracted from the HP website update for HP Gaming Pavilion - 17-cd0126nf, the laptop has two bios versions, yours is 085FD..
DMI + KEYWIN 300000 - 301FFF
