need help with Surface 4 pro. I've been suffering for several days. There is an original BIOS in which there is no ishc block, therefore the touch screen does not work. Tried many options, nothing helped. Help me get my touch screen back

I flashed the BIOS, but the touchscreen did not work. Perhaps I need to additionally restore the system using the original image?

I also have someone else's original dump with the ishc part, but the tablet does not turn on with it. Help me glue two BIOSes together into one with a working touchscreen
