I have surface laptop 4 1979. I have cloned the bios bin using teensy spi flash and treid to restore it. Unfortunitly the laptop doesn't post any more can someone help with this issue please?

Serial is 003593120657 and model is Surface Laptop 4 - 15 in. i7/16/256.
It's currently stuck at windows logo no access to UEFI or able to boot to windows.
The original copy of the bios/UEFI is included.
Any help would be appreciated.Comment
