HP OMEN Laptop 15-en1013dx board DAG3EFMBEE0 REV:E does not POST

Someone suggested me to post in BIOS Requests. Perhaps someone could find out why my newly flashed bios chips does not POST. I am not really new in electronics itself, but i am for sure not experienced with laptop repair and flashing bios. I would appreciate if someone could help me out or point to the right direction.

Unfortunately i do no longer have the original BIOS chip to get the dump off, at the time that chips was not readable, it did not respond to my auto-detect in NeoProgrammer V2.2.0.10.
I do however have spare BIOS chips, same vendor and part number (GD25LQ128SIGR)

Thank you posting, i tried to flash the BIOS you provided from the working laptop (DAG3EFMBEE0 REV E READ_AMD)

I made 2 dump, the one that was one this chip prior making the post and one that i made after reflashing it with yours.
