Please help to repair my bios file ( DELL Vostro 14 3401, FDI55 LA-J081P Rev 1.0), when pressing the power button the indicator lights up briefly then turns off and the fan doesn't turn on at all, No Display at all.

I need help unlocking the BIOS password on a Dell Vostro 14-3468.
Here are the technical specifications of the laptop and the backup:- Laptop Model: Dell Vostro 14-3468
- Service Tag: 3KK4SJ2
- Lock Code Sufix: E7A8 / 6FF1 (The BIOS has been updated recently).
- Motherboard Model: 15341-1 91N85
- Chip Model: GigaDevice GD25B128C (16MB / 128Mbit)
- Programmer used: XGecu TL866II Plus (Desoldered chip, clean 100% verified read).

I have 2 computers with admin password on BIOS. Standard code generators don't work on this new platform.
I have dumped both SPI chips from the motherboard (16MB and 32MB). Could someone please help me remove the password or clean the ME Region?
