I am really sorry , im new to this and i'm not a professional technician ,

the problem is its doest boot up at all , no sound nothing at all,

i took it to a technician and he said its BIOS issue and he cant access the files. i live in Ethiopia and we cant buy or get anything online, im trying to get the files so i can get it to my technician. please i really need your help.
