Wow, a lot of people with the same issue! I too have a Dell E6410 that was given to me due to a failed hard drive and that nagging BIOS password. I have installed a new HD and now need to get beyond the BIOS password. The service tag # is 4PCDMM1, with an express service code # of 10239574969; any help with this will be greatly appreciated!

I have no idea how to work the thread so if iam doing something wrong please excuse me. Im having a problem with my laptop when I power it it says abunch of stuff but mainly #90KM1M1-2A7B is protected by ........ then ask for system or administrator password. I need help!!!
