              Invalidating the password can not be a cause of this, most probably you didn't program the chip properly - start over, use verification. If the problem persist try to program back your original dump, if the result is the same means you didn't dump the chip as it should i.e. corrupted bios backup.

                Fortunately i dumped 2 times same chip. now tab working again but locked of cours . there my 2nd workin dump to unlock
