Sony Vaio SVE1513

Hello, Hello, I'm Fabio from Italy, I'm trying to update an old Sony Vaio SVE1513B1W and I'm finding some trouble, I installed an intel I7-3632QM instead of the original I3-3120M, the new processor works fine (it's supported by chipset HM76 motherboard MBX-269 DA0K5MB6F0 REV:F B) but the laptop switches off after exactly 30 mins. Bios is updated to the lastest available version R02005D and CPU temperature is absolutely under control. replacing the old CPU it works fine. Can I solve updating with a new bios?

You're right, it's B1EW and chipset is HM70.... Can I do something?
