Hello i have a bios u13 and 15 with me region invalid i guess! the same mobo,, i got bsod with win 10 64bits, i update the micro to an i3 because i was thinking the problem could be the CPU but no, the same BSOD when i extracted the bios i saw some curruption but didnt know how to generate a new fresh bios with me clean to marry with the PCH!! hope some 1 could help me here! i know how to repair the hardware but setting up bios is not my forte!! best regards SMDFlea

guess it will work, it has the ME region clean right? i will post if it works!! just flashing both ex and bios!



UPDATE: when i put a win 10 64bits i just restar! i guess the pch still didnt work with the bios, isnt married could be?

The PCH chipset is HM55 ,which CPU did you put in as it might not be compatible.

CPU i3-380M and the pch bd82hm55 i saw that its compatible both! socket cpu rpga989,,,can it be the bios that makes the pch malfunction? my costumer said that after he sent me the laptop sent it to another technician! and he touch bios and ec,,,, it boots the toshiba logo but when the windows 10 logo apears after 2 or 3 sec it restart! same thing when i try to install a fresh windows!!

UPDATE windows 7 64 bits installs perfect! apparently something in windows 10 is not supporting or the same laptop is not accepting windows 10 64 bits but if I install 32 bits, but never recognizes the 8gb of ram that has I calculate that I will have to leave it in windows 7 for life!

NEW UPDATE it works great with 6gb of ram not 8GB 1600mhz works great! that was the perfect bios for this! but its not the first time a laptop wont acept 8gb instead 6GB!! Thanks a lot SMDFlea
